Early Sunday morning, 05/29/2011, a drunk driving illegal alien, with cocaine in his pocked, killed officer Kevin Will, 38, in the SANCTUARY CITY of Houston, TX. Officer Will leaves behind two kids, 6 and 10, and a 6 months pregnant wife. Johoan Rodriguez has been charged with driving while intoxicated, manslaughter of a police officer, felony evading and poseession of a controlled substance (cocaine). DWI offenders’ punishment could double with higher blood-alcohol level
First-time DWI offenders could soon be facing double the normal punishment. A bill sitting on Gov. Perry’s desk would mean that if you blow twice the legal limit, you could spend up to a year behind bars.
